Specialist, Commercial Execution   -Business Line: Personal Banking -Unit: Portafolio & Gestión Comercial -Nivel: 6.2 -Tipo de Contrato: (Indefinido)     Misión: Contribuir en la ejecución y desarrollo de la estrategia comercial de los productos activos (Assets) y pasivos (Liabilities) en Banca Retail, asegurando la implementación efectiva de iniciativas que optimicen la rentabilidad y el desempeño de los productos.
Este rol implica proponer estrategias, supervisar la ejecución de planes comerciales y asegurar la alineación con los objetivos generales del negocio, contribuyendo al éxito de la organización.
¿Qué esperamos de ti?

• Ser Bachiller en Estadística, Ingeniería de sistemas, Ingeniería industrial o afines
• Contar con 3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares en equipos de riesgos o inteligencia comercial manejando KPIS
• Tener conocimiento de matemática financiera y CRM.

• Conocimiento SQL a nivel intermedio avanzado
• Conocimiento de Power BI Nivel intermedio
• Dominio de Conocimiento de ingles a nivel intermedio   ¿A qué retos te enfrentarás?
Desplegar las estrategias para la gestión de productos activos (Assets) como pasivos (Liabilities), alineadas con las metas de rentabilidad y captación de clientes.
Diseñar y desarrollar briefs comerciales para campañas relacionadas con productos activos y pasivos, asegurando su alineación con las estrategias definidas por el área y los objetivos del negocio.
Supervisar la ejecución de campañas comerciales en colaboración con marketing, operaciones y canales digitales, monitoreando su desempeño y ajustando tácticas según resultados.
Proponer mejoras en la estrategia de retención y cross-sell, evaluando métricas como saldo promedio, ticket promedio, tasas, spreads y attrition de productos para maximizar la fidelización de los clientes.
Colaborar en el diseño de casos de negocio para nuevos productos o iniciativas comerciales, asegurando la evaluación adecuada de escenarios y justificando las propuestas con datos financieros y comerciales.
Monitorear y analizar indicadores clave relacionados con los productos activos, como consumo promedio, transacciones mensuales y penetración de productos, proponiendo acciones que optimicen los resultados comerciales.
Evaluar y proponer ajustes en la política de pricing, alineando las estrategias con el mercado y asegurando la competitividad de los productos gestionados.
Asegurar la actualización y precisión de la información de los productos, manteniéndola disponible en los canales internos y externos para su correcta ejecución comercial.
Diseñar y coordinar la gestión de premios y dinámicas comerciales, asegurando su implementación efectiva como parte de las estrategias de fidelización y adquisición de clientes.
Liderar iniciativas relacionadas con la fuga de saldos y compra de deudas, desarrollando propuestas que mitiguen el attrition y fortalezcan el portafolio de productos activos.
Proponer soluciones innovadoras y acciones correctivas, basadas en el análisis de datos y resultados, para mejorar el desempeño de los productos y la experiencia del cliente.
