En Laureate estamos en búsqueda de mejor talento para la posición de Practicante HR Business Partner, cuya misión es brindar soporte operativo al equipo BP para Laureate Perú y asegurándose del cumplimiento de los tiempos de servicio.

Para postular, considera los aspectos que se mencionarán a continuación:

Formación y Experiencia:

- Estudiante de Administración, Ingeniería Industrial,o carreras afines
- Experiencia de 6 meses en áreas de recursos humanos (Deseable)
- Experiencia de al menos 1 mes en gestión o atención al cliente

CONOCIMIENTOS:

- Microsoft Excel, Word y Power Point – Intermedio
- Inglés – Intermedio
- Tablas dinámicas/programas para reportería (Deseable)

FUNCIONES:

- Da soporte al equipo BP en aquellos procesos que sean requeridos: Se encarga de realizar seguimiento a tareas asignadas, cumplimiento de objetivos a los clientes internos y otros procesos que tendrá a su cargo: atención de consultas, inducción al personal, seguimiento de iniciativas corporativas, etc
- Primera línea de consultas sobre temas HR:vacaciones, marcaciones, etc
- Resuelve consultas, atiende solicitudes y gestiona requerimientos de los clientes internos asegurándose que se ejecuten de la manera correcta y en los tiempos establecidos.

Horario: 9 am a 6pm (40 hrs. semanales)
