Role We are looking for a People & Culture Analyst to join our team and help us attract top talent, drive a strong company culture, and create meaningful experiences for our employees. In this role, you will play a key part in recruitment, employee engagement, internal communications, cultural events, and employer branding initiatives. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where people matter, and you/'re ready to make an impact in both talent acquisition and people experience, we want to meet you Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or related fields with interest in the Social Media area. - 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, HR, or People & Culture roles. - Knowledge of selection processes and interview techniques. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Creative, organized, and proactive mindset. - Advanced English level (written and spoken) - Required - Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). - Organizational skills and multitasking ability - Proactive and results oriented. Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles (job posting, screening, interviews, offers). - Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and define candidate profiles. - Source active and passive talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.). - Coordinate and improve onboarding experiences for new hires. - Draft candidate resumes and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment system. - Design and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture. - Organize internal events, recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness actions. - Support other HR initiatives as needed. Nice-to-Have - Graphic design or content creation skills (e.g. Canva, basic video editing). - Previous work in startups or agile environments.
