As the company scales, we are now seeking a senior operational leader to help guide WLDM into its next chapter. About the Role WLDM is looking for a Head of Operations / Chief Operating Officer to partner closely with the CEO and take ownership of how the business operates at scale. This is a full‑time role with part‑time available to the right candidate. This role exists to bring clarity, structure, and operational excellence across the agency, ensuring that strategy translates into execution, and that execution remains consistent as the company grows. You will be accountable for the effective running of the business across operations, finance, HR, marketing, and data science, working through functional leads and teams. This is a hybrid role, with in‑person collaboration in Byron Bay / Mullumbimby three days per week, alongside flexible work arrangements.
