The Role As Head of Sales, you will lead the Broker team an the Account Management team of a digital asset brokerage and exchange platform. Your remit spans strategic growth, ocustomer excellence, and performance management of this newly established sales team. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape the company's strategy, optimise performance across trading and brokerage operations, enhance the user experience, and ensure the business remains at the forefront of innovation and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities - Be hands‑on in managing key customer accounts - Set and monitor team KPIs and customer success metrics - Execute effective performance managment of any under perfomring team members - Help to win new Business where required - Manage and optimise customer acquisition, retention, and overall user experience. - Lead and mentor a high‑performing team across various departments. - Establish and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, regulators, and partners. - Identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and technological advancements to drive innovation. - Act as a key spokesperson and advocate for the company within the crypto and financial services community. What You Bring - Must have sales leadership experience within a Crypto exchange, brokerage or Fintech start‑up or scale up. - Strong understanding of blockchain, digital assets, regulatory frameworks, and trading environments. - Proven capability in leading and driving results in a KPI driven sales team - Ability to build out and implement strong KPI metrics - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Entrepreneurial instincts and the appetite to build, refine and scale.
