VP of Operations - Lima Metropolitana, Perú
The Vice President Operations leads the six managed hotels in Peru, working closely with Highgate and ownership function heads to achieve financial, customer, employee, and owner targets. Responsibilities include developing strategies, maximizing efficiencies, and implementing new initiatives. The role requires a strategic mindset, proven track record in change management, and experience in Latin America.
Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree; graduate degree preferred.
2. Fluency in English and Spanish.
3. Strong operating experience.
4. Excellent project management skills.
5. Financial management and analytical skills.
6. Proven track record in the successful creation and implementation of a company's strategy.
7. Experience managing revenues of at least USD 50 million plus.
The position is based in Peru with travel required to six managed hotels in the region. The ideal candidate must be able to creatively execute against strategy and drive results, with the ability to analyze business trends and modify business strategies accordingly. The role involves leading talent management, sales and revenue management, and financial management, with a focus on driving financial, operational, and guest results. The position is responsible for developing regional staff, finding new talent, and leading human capital planning processes.
