The Role Developing and delivering the Cross‑Sector Triage model, while overseeing high‑impact initiatives that improve stakeholder licensing and approvals experience. Leading cross‑agency collaboration and providing a central, strategic case management service for high‑priority applications. Supporting StreamlineWA, Approvals Reform, the Council of Regulators and major projects, driving improved customer experience and strengthened guidance quality. Leading the team responsible for data reporting, policy development, continuous improvement and publishing key approval timelines. Operating across legislative, policy and political environments to drive innovation, mitigate risk and secure sustainable, collaborative outcomes.
