Job Description:
Defines, manages, and evaluates business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives. Leads and partners with cross-functional teams to develop short-term (typically less than two years) business plans and supporting data-driven models. Prepares comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, resource allocation plans, follow-up guidelines, assessment, and process accountabilities. Ensures that business activities are aligned with stated plans among different stakeholders. Sets business metrics, evaluates actual performance, and makes recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement. Develops data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure that business plans can be translated into financial value.
Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.
Responsibilities:
- GTM strategy deployment and sales coverage planning following Blueprint guidelines.
- Readiness orchestration, HC POR and execution plan, Sales Reps quota calculation, deployment, and sales letters release.
- Sales coverage execution & deployment tracking.
- Services Orders Flash/Actuals & Budget Planning Process.
- Sales Productivity, Pipeline hygiene and other GBU specific analytics.
- Acts as an intermediary between Sales Comp and Sales Reps helping to address issues or escalations.
- Enablers of sales tools.
- Supports the MD in country presentations such as Booking Call, Flash Call and Country Business Review.
Education and Experience Required:
- First level university degree.
- Typically 4-6 years experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
- Intermediate English Level.
- Advanced experience working with Excel.
- Experience using Power Point.
- Experience working with Power BI is nice to have.
- Experience in Anaplan and Sales Force is nice to have.
- Analytical financial skills are a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage complex data requests.
- Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
- Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Developed relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to identify and summarize relevant trends from market and industry data.
