Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Commercial Manager – International Logistics (On Site | Cypress, CA) Reports to: VP of eCommerce We’re hiring a Commercial Manager to lead pricing and cost strategy across our international logistics network. This high-impact role manages the Commercial/Pricing team and plays a key part in driving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and competitive positioning. Ideal candidates will have a background in logistics pricing, strong analytical skills, and proven leadership capabilities. What You’ll Do - Lead and develop the Commercial/Pricing team, setting goals and driving performance - Build and implement pricing strategies that support growth, profit, and market competitiveness - Prepare complex pricing proposals for international mail, publications, and parcel services - Serve as a strategic partner to Sales and Executive teams, advising on market trends and pricing benchmarks - Collaborate cross-functionally to align pricing models with operations and client needs - Oversee development of pricing tools, dashboards, and business intelligence models - Support vendor negotiations to secure optimal rates and terms - Resolve pricing issues, billing discrepancies, and process inefficiencies - Drive process improvements and workflow automation across the department - Monitor and report on KPIs and SLAs to senior leadership What We’re Looking For - 5 or more years in commercial or pricing roles within logistics, including 2 or more years in management - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, or equivalent experience - Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, Python, or pricing tools is a plus - Strong leadership and mentoring skills - Exceptional analytical thinking and comfort with data-driven decisions - Excellent communicator with the ability to convey complex pricing models clearly - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus What We Offer - Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage - Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts - Paid holidays and paid time off - Voluntary benefits and employee discounts Seniority level - Seniority level Associate Employment type - Employment type Full-time Job function - Job function Finance - Industries Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at ActOne Group by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Commercial Manager” roles.
