About the role:
The
**Insurance Analyst** will be responsible to ensure the new Insurance Program is successfully launched and supported by working together with the Dealership Network, our Insurance Partners, and the OEM. Implement and execute the framework to monitor and control the program’s performance in terms of originations, competitiveness, training and fee conciliation process.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Actuarial or related is required. - Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience supplier management and data analysis (insurance business preferred)

- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Access database management is a plus).
What you will be doing:
- Support with the execution, implementation, and successful launch of the Insurance Program.
- Act as a primary point of contact for broker/insurance companies with internal areas in terms of procedures and operational issues related with insurance.
- Monitoring the KPIs, SLA and contracts with the different providers and support customer service in order to develop actions to improve the performance of the vendor according with the SLA.
- Support the relationship with all stakeholders (Broker, Insurers, Dealers, OEM).
- Collaborate with the broker and/or insurance teams in the delivery of training to Dealership Network.
- Responsible of conciliation processes for the insurance products and fees received and paid to Dealer Network.
- Support the pricing revision, loss analysis and competitiveness (benchmarking) of the different products.
- Support commercial team with specific campaigns to the network.
- Collaborate with the F&I team in all the training process.
- Responsible for the creation of commercial materials, newsletters and/or reports reporting progress of the insurance products.
