About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager for the Peru market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the fruit sorting, grading, or post‑harvest equipment industry, along with established customer resources and strong relationships within the local fruit processing and export sectors. This role focuses on expanding our market presence, driving sales growth, and strengthening partnerships with key clients across Peru. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our presence in the Peru market. - Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within fruit packing houses, exporters, and agricultural enterprises. - Leverage existing customer resources and industry connections to accelerate market penetration. - Present and promote our advanced fruit sorting and grading solutions to prospective clients. - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide ongoing support. - Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. - Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. - Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for management. Qualifications - Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the fruit sorting, grading, post‑harvest, or related agri‑tech equipment industry. - Strong existing network and customer resources within Chile’s fruit processing, packing, and export sectors. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a technical equipment or industrial machinery environment. - Solid understanding of fruit post‑harvest processes and value chains. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
