Introducción

Estamos en búsqueda de talentos para la posición de Junior Technical Support quien es responsable de brindar soporte y ejecutar los trabajos requeridos por los clientes, brindando apoyo en el análisis de vista técnico operacional en la línea de CWB y de seguridad de los trabajos realizados.

Que deberá hacer

1. Apoyar en el soporte técnico de la línea o líneas asignadas de CWB.
2. Ejecutar el programa semanal de soporte técnico del área y/o línea asignada.
3. Realizar viajes de soporte técnico a los clientes cuando sea requerido.
4. Revisar y ejecutar los tickets asignados dentro de la plataforma del TS HUB.
5. Apoyar en la elaboración de los reportes de garantías y/o análisis de falla generados.
6. Realizar visitas a las instalaciones de los clientes de Metso.
7. Realizar escaneo de forros de chancadoras y molinos con los equipos asignados por Metso.
8. Procesar la nube de puntos de los escaneos realizados, en caso sea requerido.
9. Apoyar en la elaboración de los reportes de trabajos importantes realizados.
10. Cumplir y velar por el cumplimiento de KPIs de seguridad, PDD y otros asignados por la compañía.
11. Mantener una comunicación constante con todos los miembros de su equipo, la gerencia de TS, los SAMs, TSS y otras áreas.
12. Identificar y centralizar oportunidades de mejora de nuestros componentes, equipos, de acuerdo con el contexto operativo en cada uno de nuestros clientes.

Qué perfil laboral debes tener:

1. Contar con constancia de estudios técnicos o universitarios bachiller concluidos en las carreras de Ingeniería Mecánica, Metalúrgica, Mecatrónica o similares.
2. Mínimo de 1 año de experiencia desempeñando funciones similares.
3. Conocimientos en Seguridad Operacional.
4. Conocimientos en parámetros de análisis para el diagnóstico de la salud de los equipos mencionados.
5. Conocimientos en análisis de desgaste de componentes consumibles.
6. Identificar modos de fallas de equipos de plantas concentradoras.
7. Deseable experiencia con el uso de scanner laser 3D Faro.
8. Deseable conocimientos NDT.
9. Excel, Word y Power Point a nivel Intermedio.
10. Inglés a nivel intermedio.
