National Account Manager – Hardware / Retail Accounts Account & Relationship Manager / Sales Executive – Hardware / Retail Accounts Are you a driven salesperson with experience in hardware or large-format retail? As we expand our product range and market presence, we're looking for a Sales Executive who can take ownership of key accounts, uncover new opportunities, and help drive the next phase of growth. About the Role This is a hands-on sales role focused on developing and growing our retail and hardware accounts. You'll work directly with the founders to: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing and new customers. Present new products and category ideas, driving new ongoing and promotional opportunities. Manage existing customer relationships, ensuring consistent growth and account performance. Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, product availability, and presentation materials. Track and report on sales performance and market trends. What You'll Bring 5–10 years' experience in sales or account management, ideally in hardware, flooring, home improvement, or consumer goods. Essential hardware retail experience with demonstrated success in building relationships and growing accounts within the hardware sector. Strong relationships or experience working with large-format retailers (e.g. Bunnings). Proven ability to secure new listings and grow categories. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Commercially minded and results-driven, with strong self-driven initiative. Organised, confident, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
