To enhance our successful Functional Controlling Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist Corporate Controlling - Project Focused (f/m/d) In this role, you will drive financial transparency and identify additional cost reduction opportunities through in-depth variance & structural analysis (per plant and cross-location) and simulations. Act as a key partner to the Corporate PMO and business stakeholders. Drive standardized approaches across-location and BUs. Your Responsibilities - Analyze cost drivers and inefficiencies across sites and units - Simulate financial impact of strategic and operational decisions - Benchmark performance to identify gaps and best practices - Monitor cost structure and variance (actual vs. plan/benchmark) - Maintain strict deviation tracking and elevate unresolved gaps - Propose targeted measures to reduce COGS and improve profitability - Provide independent, objective financial steering and benchmark-based transparency - Monitor financial gaps, elevate unresolved issues, and drive accountability for closure Your Profile - Bachelor or above degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or related fields - Over 5 years working experience in cost controlling, operational finance, and transformation initiatives - Ability to perform cost driver analysis, variance tracking, and financial simulations across units - Advanced skills in Excel, SAP, financial modeling, and data cube analysis - Work cross-functionally with PMO, Operations, and Finance; present clear, actionable insights - Hands‑on, results‑driven mindset with commitment to excellence in delivery - Fluent in English both oral and written Our Offer - A meaningful role with opportunities for long‑term growth in an international environment - Chance to actively contribute to AT&S' success and to create value - A structured and tailor‑made onboarding program along with continual training opportunities We also offer - Modern company canteen with freshly prepared meals every day - Free parking spaces and e‑charging stations - Diverse health measures and a wide range of employee benefits Ready for a new challenge to advance your career?
