In many ways, we have built and proven a marketing approach that has found product‑market fit. This is a senior growth role with clear accountability for inbound demand, pipeline, and conversion. The primary focus of the role is scaling inbound lead generation through paid Meta and paid LinkedIn, supported by education‑led content, EDMs, events, and partnerships. This role also involves shaping and optimising lead funnels end to end, from engaging paid content through to landing pages, automated nurture, and conversion. You will initially work hands‑on in the performance channels, applying your expertise to sharpen what already works, before building the systems, processes, and capability to scale sustainably. Key responsibilities include: - Leading and executing paid Meta and paid LinkedIn campaigns in the early phase - Owning performance marketing strategy, including content direction, creative, copy, testing, and conversion optimisation - Owning the development and evolution of an education‑led, content‑driven TOFU approach that builds reach, authority, and qualified inbound demand - Integrating paid campaigns with EDMs, events, and partnerships to improve conversion - Contributing to the design and optimisation of landing pages, funnels, and automated nurture to improve conversion - Maintaining a strong focus on lead quality, pipeline, and revenue impact - Strengthening attribution, funnel design, and performance measurement - Leading a lean offshore execution team and determining where capability should sit over time We are open on background in terms of industry expertise. You are likely a strong performance marketer with experience in B2C, scale‑up, or performance‑led environments who is comfortable working hands‑on in paid platforms. You care about outcomes more than activity and are confident operating in a regulated, credibility‑driven environment. The role offers a $200 - $270k package with uncapped performance upside, with incentives reviewed quarterly and aligned to marketing‑sourced revenue and efficient growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
