As the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Property Officer, you will be the trusted professional ensuring the seamless operation of a high‑performing executive office. In this dynamic and fast‑paced position, you'll coordinate complex schedules, manage key communications, support strategic projects and committees, and provide high‑quality administrative oversight that keeps P&F running efficiently. If you're an organised, proactive and confident administrator who thrives on juggling priorities, building strong relationships and enabling senior leaders to perform at their best, this is an outstanding opportunity to make a meaningful impact across UQ Key Responsibilities - Provide high‑level executive support by managing the Chief Property Officer's schedule, correspondence, meetings, briefings and travel logistics. - Coordinate administrative support for divisional boards, committees, projects and events, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery. - Oversee day‑to‑day office workflows by managing information flow, resolving enquiries and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. - Administer financial processes including reimbursements, delegations, approvals and expense management in line with University policies. The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre‑employment checks, including right to work in Australia, conduct concerning gender‑based violence.
