As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to nurture our client base, drive revenue expansion and strengthen our presence in the payments and financial services sectors. Position Summary The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and executingIntelica’smarketing strategy across brand, demand generation, and sales enablement. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product, translatingIntelica’scomplex analytics and payments expertise into clear, compelling messaging for senior financial services stakeholders. This is a highly hands-on role suited for a marketer who is comfortable operating in a specialized B2B environment, working with technical subject matter, and supporting enterprise sales cycles. The Marketing Manager will play a central role in shapingIntelica’sgo-to-market narrative, generating qualified demand, and equipping the sales team with effective marketing assets. Intelica is at an inflection point, with proven offerings and increasing interest from sophisticated clients. This role offers the opportunity to take meaningful ownership of marketing foundations and have a direct impact on the company’s growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities - Develop and executeIntelica’smarketing strategy across brand positioning, demand generation, and sales enablement. - TranslateIntelica’sanalytics, software, and consulting offerings into clear, differentiated value propositions for target segments. - Create and manage high-quality marketing content, including website messaging, thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers, and sales collateral. - Partner closely with sales leadership to support pipeline generation, account-based marketing initiatives, and deal progression. - Manage digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, email campaigns, LinkedIn and other relevant B2B channels. - Support product marketing initiatives, including launch messaging, competitive positioning, and customer-facing materials. - Coordinate with internal analytics, consulting, and product teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and credibility of marketing content. - Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, pipeline contribution, and campaign effectiveness to inform ongoing optimization. - Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and evolving payments economics to continuously refine messaging and strategy. Qualifications Required: - 4–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, analytics, consulting, financial services, payments, or fintech. - Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies that support enterprise or mid-market sales. - Strong ability to communicate complex, technical concepts in a clear. - Hands-on experience creating marketing content and managing campaigns end to end. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. - Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a growing, fast-moving environment. - Advanced and fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires regular coordination with international teams, senior stakeholders, and clients for whom English is the primary language of communication. Preferred: - Experience marketing to banks, financial institutions, or payments industry stakeholders. - Familiarity with card payments, interchange, scheme fees, or payments economics. - Experience supporting long or consultative sales cycles. - Exposure to account-based marketing or sales enablement initiatives.
