We are on the lookout for an exceptional Administrative and Commercial Agent with English skills. This role will provide excellent customer service, effectively manage technology projects, and contribute to the growth and retention of the company's customer base.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop sales strategy campaigns: Through the CRM platform, create campaigns to obtain discovery calls with potential clients.

2. Support the accounting area in terms of billing and contact with clients across Europe and Africa.

3. Monitor and provide support to the finance area regarding billings or pending payments in your portfolio.

4. Keep and expand our portfolio through excellent customer service via email, chat, or phone calls.

5. Must have exceptional social skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks.

Requirements:

1. BS in Sales Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

2. 1 year of experience in administrative and commercial management.

3. Experience in billing and providing support to the finance area.

4. Experience managing important accounts and providing high customer service.

5. English C1 level is a must (it will be tested).

6. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and different CRM tools is desirable.
