Client Relationship Manager

Llamabara seeks a Client Relationship Manager to lead the success of our clients across Latin America. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure maximum value is derived from our products and services.
This role plays a vital part in fostering strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and driving client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions based on their unique challenges.
- Facilitate client onboarding, conducting training sessions and providing ongoing support to guarantee software effectiveness.
- Track client engagement and usage metrics to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, proactively addressing any concerns or issues.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing valuable feedback to enhance user experience.
- Escalate client issues, coordinating with technical support and other departments to resolve concerns efficiently.
- Present regular reports on client health, satisfaction metrics, and feedback to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in customer success, account management, or B2B/B2C sales roles within technology or software industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese highly desirable).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex client situations.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the technology landscape in Latin America is an asset.
