About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your leadership skills and experience in production supervision to drive operational excellence at EECOL Electric. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees who assemble parts, components, or electrical units at floor stations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient completion of job assignments.
  • Interpret specifications, drawings/blueprints, and job orders to ensure accurate production.
  • Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and improve efficiency.
  • Recommend measures to enhance production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
  • Maintain accurate time and production records, as well as estimate and requisition materials as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Purchasing teams to discuss lead times, delivery, and BOMs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (associates degree with equivalent experience accepted); 3+ years of supervisory experience in a plant and manufacturing environment required; LEAN process knowledge and implementation skills necessary.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to interpret instructions and understand complex situations.
  • Strong mathematical skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and demonstrable technical skills.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control principles.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
