Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. Your primary objective will be to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services or products offered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that benefit both parties.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and communications with clients in CRM systems or databases.
  • Foster a culture of customer-centricity, professionalism, and excellence within the organization.
  • Proactively identify gaps in current processes and systems and offer solutions for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with ERP Next or similar application.
  • Experience with a ticketing system.
  • Experience in e-commerce.
  • Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM).
  • Flexible, independent, and able to work in a team.
  • Capable of establishing process design with maximum automation.
