The Role

">

We are seeking a Senior Reward Manager to join our Global Total Rewards team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategies to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our company values.

Responsibilities

">
  • Manage the global annual compensation process from end to end, including budget planning, salary and bonus benchmarking/analysis, and implementation of salary planning decisions
  • Administer global equity plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the development of global priorities and objectives, providing innovative ideas for Reward program improvements and efficiencies
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Total Rewards to shape the Reward design across Verifone, ensuring effective processes, policies, and offerings are in place to align with our Reward philosophy
  • Liaise with the Talent team on providing communications around Reward and performance management processes
  • Manage survey vendor relationships and company participation in salary and variable compensation surveys
  • Lead global job gradings with HR and business partners, overseeing role calibrations and managing global job architecture framework to ensure robust governance and consistency
  • Collaborate with the HR Shared Services team to deliver Verifone compensation programs, including the Annual Compensation Review using Workday
  • Partner with Finance teams to provide compensation data used in quarterly forecasting and annual reporting requirements
  • Engage with various stakeholders across Verifone, educating and advising on Reward matters
  • Prepare compensation data research, cost impact modeling, and analyses as needed, staying abreast of leading practices and trends in compensation, employee benefits, and retirement across our global markets

Requirements

">
  • In-depth Reward experience gained from working in a global organization with compensation programs across multiple countries
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cultures and organizations, strategically focused on continuous improvement
  • Proven track record of supporting the implementation of Reward projects across a wide region/multiple markets
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation management systems
  • Excellent compensation program management skills and knowledge of annual review processes, compensation reporting tools, job leveling, evaluation, and benchmark analyses
  • Strong analytical skills, including the use of Excel, with the ability to interpret and manipulate large complex data sets and make strategic recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail combined with analytical/critical thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including tact, discretion, and ethics while projecting a positive, professional image in all interactions
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects at once and prioritize workloads
