Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Recruiter and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Consulting Group. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent while contributing to the company's growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment:
    • Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
    • Manage the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
    • Maintain an active talent pipeline and build long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and prospect new clients and business opportunities.
    • Develop strategies to expand the client portfolio and increase revenue.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
  • Available to start immediately.
  • Experience in recruitment and/or business development.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on growth.
