Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Lead in our Cardiovascular and General Medicine therapeutic area. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional project teams to meet or exceed deliverables, collaborating with functional area leads, and ensuring that solutions are implemented to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing cross-functional project teams to meet or exceed deliverables.
  2. Collaborating with functional area leads to identify and evaluate fundamental issues on the project.
  3. Ensuring that solutions are implemented to meet customer expectations.
  4. Driving risk identification and issue resolution at the project level.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
  • Previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8+ years). 5+ years of management responsibility.
  • Comprehensive therapeutic area knowledge, clinical development guidelines, expert knowledge of project management principles, excellent communication skills, demonstrated leadership, and ability to coach and mentor.
