We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to join our team at Atlas Assistants. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to identify and acquire new clients aligned with our expertise in DevOps and Cloud solutions.
With your extensive experience in B2B technology sales, particularly in DevOps and Cloud solutions, you will be able to leverage your knowledge to drive business growth and expand our client base. You will also have the opportunity to work with our technical team to ensure that our proposals meet the evolving needs of our clients.
This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that address the complex challenges faced by our clients. As a Sales Leader, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our company and driving success through your expertise and vision.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new clients.
- Leverage industry knowledge and expertise to drive business growth and expand our client base.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals align with customer needs.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales opportunities and provide reporting.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, ideally in DevOps, Cloud, or SaaS solutions for startups.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong autonomy to design sales strategies and deliver results without micromanagement.
- Fluent English is required for both written and spoken communication to effectively engage with global clients. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus and can enhance relationship-building and market expansion.
- Results-driven and excellent negotiation skills.
