Regional Sales Director for Latin America

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Latin America.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our existing customer portfolio, prospecting new customers and markets, conducting market research, and negotiating prices and payment conditions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team in Latin America and develop strategies to increase revenue
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate prices, payment conditions, and other commercial agreements
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for current and new customers
- Pursue international travel opportunities to expand our presence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5-7 years of commercial work experience, preferably in the poultry sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is an asset)
- Able to adapt to cultural differences in Latin America
