Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Latin America.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our existing customer portfolio, prospecting new customers and markets, conducting market research, and negotiating prices and payment conditions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team in Latin America and develop strategies to increase revenue
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Negotiate prices, payment conditions, and other commercial agreements
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for current and new customers
  • Pursue international travel opportunities to expand our presence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 5-7 years of commercial work experience, preferably in the poultry sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is an asset)
  • Able to adapt to cultural differences in Latin America
