**The Team**:
Genetec is a market leader and innovative technology company with a broad solutions portfolio that encompasses security, intelligence, and operations.

We are expanding rapidly in the LATAM region and are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our sales team and help drive sales in both Peru and Bolivia.

**What your day will look like**:

- Develop the assigned sales territory for the company's products
- Discover and track opportunities: track and distribute these opportunities or leads to our Distribution Channels
- Visit clients, partners, and consultants at their facilities
- Manage forecasts and reach quotas
- Identify customer needs, respond to requests for information, and budget requests, prepare quotes, and write proposals
- Coordinate and facilitate communication with the clients
- Monitor and report the satisfaction levels of customers, integrators, consultants
- Coordinate the training of clients, integrators and consultants
- Efficient management of digital tools (CRM) for the follow-up of accounts and opportunities
- Acquire, maintain, and inform an adequate knowledge of the product, the market and the competition

**About you**:

- 5+ years of professional experience in the security industry with VMS and access control, CCTV
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent presentation skills and experience in customer demonstrations
- Proven track record/sales history
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- English B2 or higher
- Must have a valid passport/driver's license
- American Visa a plus

**Cómo será tu día**:

- Desarrollar el territorio de ventas asignado para los productos de la empresa
- Descubrir y realizar un seguimiento de las oportunidades: realizar un seguimiento y distribuir estas oportunidades o clientes potenciales, a nuestros Canales de Distribución
- Visitar Clientes, socios, consultores en sus instalaciones
- Gestionar previsiones y alcanzar cuotas
- Coordinar y facilitar la comunicación con el Cliente y los MR
- Monitorear e informar los níveles de satisfacción de clientes, integradores, consultores
- Coordinar la formación de clientes, integradores y consultores
- Manejo eficiente de herramientas digitales (CRM) para el seguimiento de cuentas y oportunidades
- Adquirir, mantener e informar un conocimiento adecuado del producto, el mercado y la competencia
- Mantener conocimientos actualizados: Aplicaciones, servicio técnico, condiciones del mercado, actividades competitivas, tendencias publicitarias y promocionales a través de la lectura de literatura pertinente y consultoría con servicios técnicos y de marketing

**Sobre ti**:

- Más de 5 años de experiência en la industria de la seguridad con VMS y control de acceso, CCTV
- Licenciatura, preferiblemente en Negocios, Marketing, Comunicación, Ingeniería o Ciencias de la Computación o experiência equivalente
- Excelentes habilidades de presentación y experiência en demostraciones de clientes
- Logros / historial de ventas comprobados
- Gran conocimiento de MS Office
- Ingles B2 o Superior
- Debe tener un pasaporte / licencia de conducir válida
- Visa Americana un plus
