Program Manager for South America Regional Development Initiative

Job Summary:
">Nickol Global Solutions LLC is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead our anticipated USAID South America Regional (SAR) Program Cycle and Monitoring, Evaluation, Collaboration, and Learning Support Activity. The successful candidate will provide leadership, management, and oversight for the program's implementation, ensuring its objectives are met and exceeded.
">About the Role:

- The Program Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the activity team and overseeing the program's implementation, with a focus on achieving and/or exceeding expected results.">
- S/he will serve as the primary point of contact for NGS with USAID/Peru, establishing strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including government representatives and implementing partners (IPs).">
- The Program Manager will provide technical advisory leadership and guidance to the activity team, ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables, and overall guidance on program planning and implementation.">
- s/he will lead the overall design and execution of technical and learning-focused interventions that support the program's objectives, which may include data collection and analysis, evaluation and assessment design, training and capacity building for IPs and USAID staff, and knowledge management systems.">
- The Program Manager will provide leadership on the development of yearly workplans, learning exercises, indicators measuring program results, communications products, and staff capacity building exercises.">
- s/he will design and administer technical interventions to demonstrate how Collaboration, Learning, and Adaptation (CLA) leads to effective development outcomes, applying CLA approaches and developing and using CLA resources and tools.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- A Master's degree in a relevant field (including statistics, international development, political science or a social science field) and a minimum of ten (10) years of international development experience, demonstrating increasing responsibility on programs of similar scope and size; OR a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of twelve (12) years of international development experience, demonstrating increasing responsibility on programs of similar scope and size.">
- Proven experience supporting international development projects, preferably with USAID contracts and preferably in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL), with demonstrated experience in a project leadership role, including COP, Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP), or Technical Lead.">
- A minimum of five (5) years of work experience working in South America, preferably Peru.">
- Significant experience in CLA, including a deep understanding and application of USAID's CLA framework, with experience leading workshops, inquiries, and technical training, and a proven record of utilizing quantitative and qualitative data in program evaluation.">
- Experience leading teams on an international development project, preferably USAID-funded.">
- Strong knowledge and application of USAID rules and regulations, including contract compliance, financial management, human resources, and procurement.">
- Client-focused, attention to detail, committed to excellence in product development.">
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and oral presentation skills in English and Spanish.">
- Demonstrates emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and diversity and inclusion values, highly skilled in building trust-based and collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, and officials.">
What We Offer:
">Nickol Global Solutions LLC offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
