Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Account Coordinator to join our team at HH Global. As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Account Director or Account Manager and the entire account team in developing and coordinating all projects in an effective manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with projects and creative briefs, gathering project requirements and managing production aspects on behalf of the client, working with vendors on delivery schedules and maintaining updated status of assigned projects.
- Support the Account Director or Manager with recommendations for clients and gathering account and project updates for key presentations as directed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of all campaigns and projects.
- Assist in preparing budgets and presentations for key projects.
- Execute production efficiently in accordance with procedures outlined in business processes.
- Establish and develop successful relationships with various client business partners.
- Prepare status reports on all active projects for the Account Director or Manager for review and company use.
- Ensure that the tracking of targets and achievement of SLAs and KPIs are consistent with client standards and contractual requirements, as well as internal KPIs related to operational efficiency.
- Enter all project specifications and relevant data into an internal procurement system and maintain key data points in the system including customer quotes, purchase orders, and invoices.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- 3+ years of professional work experience in a general agency, marketing, or customer service environment.
- Strong attention to detail with proven project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with high-level professionals.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an internal drive to continually achieve goals and success.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
- Experience managing, planning, and implementing international transactions (desirable).
- Negotiate merchandise moves and distributions, and knowledge of logistics (desirable).
