Questel is seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team in the Americas. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating software contract renewals, and ensuring exceptional client experiences.
Key Tasks:
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including coordination of software contract renewals and data entry in Salesforce and ERP systems
- Manage SaaS contract renewals for a portfolio of clients, interacting with customers and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing product information and assistance as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree in sales-related field preferred
- 1-3 years' experience in sales or administrative role, with exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated honesty, integrity, and professionalism
- Technology literacy, with comfort working in multiple systems, including Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce
