Your responsibilities will include managing our team, enhancing our systems, solving problems, and forging key stakeholder relationships. You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability through creative strategies and partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:- Team Management:
- Lead a team of 4-5 internal operations staff and contractors, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to foster team growth and success.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee the management of our Operations team to ensure that our markets are well-stocked, beautiful, and performing (revenue + profit).
- Monitor and resolve market problems, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- New Market Openings:
- Onboard new properties, ensuring seamless integration and meeting key performance indicators.
- Work closely with our installation team to ensure successful market openings.
- Client Success & Client Expansion:
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through creative strategies and partnerships.
- Promote excellent relationships between our client and its clients (property managers and owners).
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team of merchandisers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with our boots-on-the-ground team members and contractors.
