**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Performance Manager to join our team at Adidas. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing KPIs performance of Top accounts through optimum sell-in planning based on historical sell-out data.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide Key Account Management team with reliable sell-out and market data to support business decisions.
  • Assure correct planning of the presale and product distribution to guarantee a correct assortment for each Point of Sale.
  • Guarantee optimum monitoring and performance of brands managed spaces within Top accounts.
  • Plan and execute necessary projects to achieve objectives of the adidas strategy in key accounts.
  • To measure performance on own predefined KPIs: Sell out, Sell In, Market Share.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business administration or similar careers.
  • Fluent English is a must, both verbally and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • 4+ years of professional experience.
  • Experience in working in cross-functional environments coordinating a diverse stakeholder set with different backgrounds and motivations.
  • Good communication skills and ability to convince people of proposed way of action.
  • Innovative mindset and results-oriented hands-on-keyboard attitude.
