We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team in the Latin America region.
About the JobThis role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and digital transformation across our region, comprising four business units: Brazil, México, Southern Cone, and WACAM.
Main Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps and plans to drive business growth and digital transformation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Mondelēz International Digital Services and ensure that commitments are met.
- Collaborate with functions and business units to optimize operational processes and achieve key performance indicators.
- Support internal and external continuous improvement initiatives and oversee business projects from start to finish.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in shared services, partnership development, and customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with expertise in key performance indicators, managerial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
