This Role

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving the company's omnichannel growth strategy by managing and expanding relationships with key corporate accounts, identifying new business ventures and distribution channels, building a team, programs, and tools that ensure engagement, signing, and scale with every strategic Partner.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Effectively manage relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients that have high profitability potential, utilizing market analysis to create strategies that maximize profitability and differentiate our products and services.
  3. Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective campaigns and promotional materials tailored to market needs.
  4. Negotiate agreements and contracts that ensure mutual long-term benefits for all parties involved.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum experience of 5+ years managing key accounts in the finance, telecommunications, and retail sectors, cultivating strong relationships and understanding client needs to deliver high-value solutions.
  • Experience in signing large corporate contracts with long sales cycles and managing a team of direct reports to hit monthly sales targets.
  • Results-driven, with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment focused on expanding phone finance services.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
