**Job Description:**

At Skybound Wealth Management, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as the Head of Administration in our Dubai office. This role offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to grow into the Global Head of Administration within 6-12 months, based on performance and alignment with our company values and goals.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Group CEO and be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our Dubai office. Key responsibilities include managing office activities, ensuring operational efficiency, building & maintaining strong relationships with our providers, and supporting the advisory teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of administrative professionals, ensuring high performance and development.
  • Provider Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our providers and partners.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance productivity and efficiency, whilst working with our back office systems and technology.
