Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Security Solutions Architect to join our team at Fortinet, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage a group of experienced Systems Engineers in pre-sales activities, driving technical knowledge and sales success.

About the Role
  • Lead and coordinate a team of Systems Engineers in pre-sales activities, ensuring alignment with sales processes and strategies.
  • Develop and execute plans to drive technical knowledge and sales success, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze and review requests from clients, partners, and stakeholders, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Work closely with Marketing teams to plan and execute activities that enhance market perception and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with peers across Latin America to develop initiatives tailored to the region's specific needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineering manager.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop new solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to audiences of all sizes.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep technical knowledge of computer networks and Internet security, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
