Job Overview:
This role is an integral part of Questel's Sales Team, supporting a team of sales professionals in the US and Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating software contract renewals, and ensuring exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including coordination of software contract renewals and data entry in Salesforce and ERP systems
- Manage SaaS contract renewals for a portfolio of clients, interacting with customers and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing product information and assistance as needed
- Maintain accurate records of client information, sales activities, and interactions in the CRM system
- Monitor and track sales data to prepare reports for account management
- Support the sales team in reducing churn and participating in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree in sales-related field preferred
- 1-3 years' experience in a sales or administrative role, with exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated honesty, integrity, and professionalism
- Technology literacy, with comfort working in multiple systems, including Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, adapting to changing priorities and working well under pressure
