Global Assistance Coordinator

PST.AG is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and experiences. As a key member of our team, the Global Assistance Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support.
About the Role:The Global Assistance Coordinator will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive support to ensure a seamless customer experience. This includes creating tickets, resolving customer cases, and initiating, tracking, and reviewing tickets.
In addition, the Global Assistance Coordinator will work closely with our Enterprise Resource Planning System, creating offers, invoices, and other documents. The coordinator will also schedule appointments, document their content, and support customers throughout the entire process.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: Customer care, Process Documentation, Workflow management, Marketing/Social Media.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor degree in any related discipline.
- 5 plus years experience in a similar role.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fähigkeiten in Projektmanagement und Koordination.
- Must be able to work Central European Time (CET).
You will also need to have experience with ERPNext, NetSuite, Odoo, Acumatica, and Sage, as well as LLM (Large Language Models). Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, and strong attention to detail are essential.
