- Become certified and accredited as required by business and country regulations.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Manage scope of work, time allocation, and ensure full traceability.
- Support planning, coordination, and project management for customer site conditions.
- Elevate quality or technical issues detected on field.
- Explain Ecostruxure offers to customers.
- Utilize digital tools designed for SE FSR.
- Track Installed Base (serviceable assets).
- Recommend optimization opportunities to customers.
- Audit customer electrical systems and equipment.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and promote Schneider signature.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical, Electromechanical, or related careers.
- 4-5 years equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience in executing installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades, and retrofits of MV and LV electrical equipment (Switchgear GIS-AIS, Protection Relay, MCC MV/LV, Power Transformers) and electromechanical activities.
- Skilled at utilizing test and diagnostic equipment (CPC100, CMC356, others)
- Experience in configuring and testing protection relays from different manufacturers, executing coordination and protection studies, and electric arc studies. Effective utilization of ETAP, DIGSILENT.
- Experience reading and interpreting schematics, drawings, and theory of operation manuals. Effective utilization of AUTOCAD, EPLAN.
- Knowledge of Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Lead generation in Salesforce.
- The ability to write service reports, correspondence, procedures, effectively present information, and respond to customer questions.
- With experience in important companies in the electrical or oil sector.
