Team Overview:
Our Eater Growth team is responsible for acquiring new users into the platform and converting them into loyal users across the countries we operate in the Spanish Speaking Region.
We do this by effectively managing our promotion activity, in-depth user understanding and effectively deploying our country strategies.
You will oversee the Latam operation by executing the growth strategies across the country in the cities we operate.
Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the design, testing, and implementation of operational tactics aligned with each country's strategic objectives.
- Conducting basic data analysis to identify potential operational improvements.
- Maintaining and update existing tools and assist in the development of new tools, including dashboards.
- Collaborating effectively with team members on assigned projects.
- Supporting the team in identifying potential growth opportunities.
Role Qualifications:
- Thrive in fast-paced environments with a strong focus on operational excellence.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Management, Engineering, Economics).
- Strong interpersonal skills: Demonstrated adaptability, empathy, teamwork, and a proactive approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data analysis tools (including Pivot Tables).
- SQL proficiency is a strong plus.
