**Job Description**:
AECOM is seeking an experienced Civil Tunnel Design Manager to work in Lima, Peru.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
+ Senior technical resource may serve as technical advisor for team.
+ Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.
+ Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high quality cost effective work by others.
+ Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.
+ Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects.
+ Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS&E package.
+ Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings.
+ Prepares technical specification sections.
+ Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements.
+ Performs various management, leadership, and people accountability responsibilities for a specific technical group or department.
+ Has full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating technical assignments.
+ Generally requires multi-disciplinary knowledge of engineering.
+ Maintains liaison with units within the organization and individuals inside and outside of the organization.
+ Responsible for acting independently on technical matters pertaining to the field. Work at this level usually requires extensive progressive experience.
+ Works under mínimal supervision. Supervision received is essentially administrative with assignments given in terms of broad general objectives and limits.
+ Manages group of engineers and/or technicians, coordinating activities of the unit.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:
+ BA/BS + 6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
+ High level of English.
+ Knowledge of BIM 360
**Preferred Requirements**:
+ 15+ years of general experience.
+ BSc. Civil Engineer with more than 10 years of relative experience in tunnel design of transportation civil works.
+ Experience in road and railway design.
