Reclatam is hiring on behalf of a U.S.based law firm for the position of **Estate Planning Paralegal**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and strengthen the estate planning fulfillment pipeline from start to finish.
- Prepare, review, and organize estate planning documents using WealthCounsel and ElderDocs.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients throughout the planning process.
- Support with client intakes and ensure a smooth client experience.
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of estate planning experience within a U.S. law firm.
- Proficiency with WealthCounsel and ElderDocs software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: S/.6,926.00 per month
