Remote- Full-time- Senior- We are expanding our Delivery business and we are looking for a Operations Manager to join our team In this position you will be responsible for developing this line of service in Peru by keeping in touch with key clients and building a great customer relationship.**Responsibilities**:
**What you will do**:

- Onboard new clients
- Key account operations management (SLA, KPI achievements)
- Logistics partners operations management (SLA, KPI achievements)
- Follow up to platform improvement
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Post sale follow up to existing clients
- Provide customer oriented service to key accounts
- Create strategies to optimize retention of the clients
- Conduct market research to understand how to improve current processes and what could be implemented
- Achieve clients engagement through innovative strategies
- Keep in touch with stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- What we expect from you:
- At least 4 years of relevant sales experience in logistics/delivery
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to make structured business judgment and decisions
- Advanced MS office user
- Advanced English level
- University degree in commercial/marketing or related areas
