**Responsabilidades**:
Asegurar y ejecutar la correcta implementación de reclutamiento y selección en los 4 países ANSCO cumpliendo con las políticas y estándares de la compañía y con los indicadores clave de desempeño establecidos en tiempo calidad y forma.
Asegurar el cubrimiento de las vacantes junto con su equipo de trabajo y el nível de gestión de R&S por competencias, entendimiento y adaptación a las necesidades cambiantes del mercado, del negocio, clientes, legislación, entre otro.
Requisitos:
- Experiência de 3 años en una posición similar liderando área de R&S en 2 países o más y 4 años como Reclutador en industria minera o afín.
- Título Profesional en Psicología, Administración o afín.
- Especialización en Recursos Humanos.
- Ingles intermedio (indispensable).
- Conocimiento del sector de la industria minera en al menos un país ANSCO.
- Licencia de conducir (deseable).
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Orientación a resultados y Trabajo en equipo.
- Alto nível de integridad.
- Habilidades: liderazgo efectivo y comunicación asertiva verbal y escrita.
