**Telecom Project Coordinator - Bilingüe**

Principales responsabilidades:

- Siga el proceso de aprovisionamiento para garantizar pedidos, instalación, activaciones y facturación de MRR de voz y datos precisos y eficientes.
- Realice pedidos de activación o desconexión de circuitos y líneas analógicas y gestione el proceso para iniciar o finalizar la fecha de facturación.
- Identificar proactivamente problemas potenciales en el proceso de prestación de servicios. Impulse las escaladas internas y externas según sea necesario para lograr la resolución.
- Administre la carga de trabajo diaria a través de una priorización y comunicación efectivas.
- Investigar y dar seguimiento a preguntas/problemas para resolver inquietudes de manera precisa y oportuna.
- Ingrese datos precisos de configuración de circuitos de voz y datos en el portal NCF.
- Cree formularios de inicio de facturación o de desconexión de facturación en función de la información proporcionada por los equipos internos correspondientes.
- Revisar y conciliar las facturas de terceros para verificar su precisión, identificar valores atípicos o problemas para que los revise el gerente.
- Recopilar la documentación requerida para quejas o escalamientos a terceros transportistas.

**Requisitos**:

- Profesional ténico o universitario con experiência de 1 a 2 años en servicio al cliente o servicio técnico en empresas de TELCO.
- **Dominio de inglés a nível avanzado (indispensable).**:

- Certificación en CCNA (deseable).
- Experiência trabajando con aplicaciones de ventas y servicio al cliente, manejando data y trabajando con Office 365.
- Conocimiento de MasterStream.
- Manejo de Ms Office a nível avanzado.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad híbrida.
