**Role Objective**:
- Velar por el seguimiento y la resolución de las discrepancias relacionadas con el procesamiento de facturas en la operación de retail.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Revisar los repositorios donde los proveedores envían las facturas, realizando la conciliación de ordenes de compras, identificando diferencias con el área de operación para realizar los respectivos ajustes del inventario.
- Realizar la aceptación o devolución de las facturas.
- Cumplir con los cronogramas de cierre.
- Conciliación de proveedores.
- Revisión de estados de cuentas proveedores.
- Entrega de reportes de pagos a tesorería.
**Key Requirements**:
- Contadores o carreras administrativas o estudiantes de ultimo semestre.
- Ingles intermedio
**Desired Requirements**:
- 1 a 3 años de experiência en cuentas x pagar de Retail.
- Conocimientos en ERPs, SAP, MS office, Excel avanzado
- Buen entendimiento de los procesos de finanzas y contabilidad.
- Sólida comprensión del ciclo de end to end de las cuentas por pagar (procesamiento de facturas, helpdesk, pagos, maestro de proveedores.
