**Misión del cargo**

Cotizar lo requerido por el equipo de ventas/clientes directamente además de brindar soporte y orientar al cliente para el cierre efectivo de las cotizaciones. Cumplir con el ratio de efectividad indicado por GC

**Requisitos**
- Egresado en Administración de Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior o afines.
- Conocimiento y manejo de Incoterms y procesos de ventas internacionales.
- Nível de inglés intermedio (capacidad para mantener comunicación fluida, tanto hablada como escrita).
- Dominio de herramientas tecnológicas: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, entre otras.
- Experiência en el manejo de sistemas CRM y Microsoft Office.
- Habilidades destacadas en comunicación y negociación.

**Funciones**
- Elaboración y seguimiento de la cotización, según el incoterm solicitado ( FOB/EXW/FCA), para la modalidad aérea, marítima, etc.
- Cumplimiento del KPI de número de cotizaciones diarias.
- Cumplimiento del Hit Rate semanal y mensual.
- Ingreso correcto de la información en el sistema de cotización CW.
- Envío de OV a Operaciones.
- Comunicación constante con el cliente para la revisión y/o ajuste de la tarifa.
- Solicitud de tarifa a la red de oficinas DSV y área de Procurement/Pricing, según se requiera y proporcionar un claro y oportuno feedback para la negociación de la misma en caso se requiera.
- Actualización de tarifa ( vía sistema/ correo electrónico), al área de operaciones según corresponda.
- Manejo y desarrollo de cartera de cliente, según lo asignado por la Gerencia Comercial.
- Otras funciones que el Jefe directo delegue.
