Nomadic Real Estate, founded in 2005 and based in Washington, DC, is a property management company serving landlords and investors in one of the country’s largest real estate markets. Our mission is to help property owners manage their investments efficiently while providing renters a comfortable place to call home. We believe in providing excellent customer service, responding quickly to inquiries, communicating frequently and transparently, and working hard to make real estate investment as stress-free and profitable as possible.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Use a ticketing system (Hubspot) to track, prioritize, and assign customer service requests.
- Provide support to Account Managers during coverage gaps or when they are on PTO.
- Assist Leadership Team with administrative projects as needed.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English reading ability with high speed and excellent comprehension.
- Customer-oriented, with the ability to adapt to different personalities.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years Experience in property management and/or customer service (required)
- Advanced English (required)
- Proficiency in Property Meld, HubSpot, Salesmsg, Propertyware, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Asana for communication, task management, and workflow coordination. (preferred)
- High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)
- Windows 10/11 or Mac ( 4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)

**Physical Setting**:Remote

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST (1 hr lunch)

Pay: S/.2,960.00 - S/.4,070.00 per month

**Experience**:

- administrative: 3 years (required)
- property management: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- advanced English (required)
