Description
A Researcher is responsible for:
- Online research of property data related to commercial real estate appraisal "front-end" report preparation.
- Acquisition of documents from official (government/municipal) sources.
- Collaborate with co-researcher and the rest of the team, as needed, to resolve issues and ensure efficiencies.
- Completion and accurate entry of role-specific data obtained in template fields.
- Completion of research and entry according to time-sensitive deadlines.
- Any other additional research related to commercial real estate appraisal reports and company initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and autonomously with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
- Have a collaborative and gregarious personality.
- Have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail (previous experience in a research or similar role demonstrating data analysis and high-fidelity output).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly with Word and Excel).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient and comfortable with numbers (basic to intermediate math skills are required for success in this position).
- English fluency (Advanced English C1 or C2)
