**Key Responsibilities**:
**HR Strategy**: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

**Talent Acquisition**: Lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing and attracting talent to conducting interviews and onboarding. **Global Recruitment Experience. We are only looking at applicants with Global hiring experience such as US, UK, Philippines, Vietnam, Mexico and Europe.**

**Performance Management**: Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.

**Compensation and Benefits**: Manage the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.

**Employee Relations**: Maintain positive employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive working environment.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, both state and federal.

**Training and Development**: Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.

**Diversity and Inclusion**: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a culture of equity and belonging.

**HR Technology**: Stay current with HR technology trends and evaluate and implement HR software and tools as needed.

**Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

**Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR strategies with the overall business plan.

**Qualifications**:

- **Global Recruitment Experience is**mandatory.
- **12-15 years of experience** in Human Resources is mandatory.
- Proven experience as an HR leader as a **Country head/HOD**:

- **Strong leadership and communication skills.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: S/.3,500.00 - S/.5,500.00 per month
